The Commission may impose interim disciplinary action upon a participant pending the completion of the Commission’s inquiry or investigation into a matter relating to the particular participant.
Interim action can include an interim suspension under Rule 169(5)(c) of the GWIC Greyhound Racing Rules, or interim disciplinary action of a type described in section 59(1) of the Greyhound Racing Act 2017.
The following list of participants are currently subject to interim action.
