Customer Charter

The Commission strives to secure a prosperous industry by improving the welfare of all greyhounds registered in NSW, and the integrity of the sport. Providing the industry and its customers with an exceptional level of service is a key priority for the Commission, along with exceeding expectations every time a customer comes in contact with us.

Our Customer Charter sets out what you can expect whenever you interact with us. It allows our customers to hold us to account and provide us with feedback so that we get better at delivering services to the industry and our customers.
