Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission

Rule 181 of the Greyhound Racing Rules outlines that GWIC must keep records of the disciplinary action it takes, and can publish records relating to disciplinary action at its discretion.

A full list of final disciplinary decisions can be found below.

Note: Participants are reminded that anyone dealing with or associating with a disqualified or warned off person for greyhound racing purposes may be in breach of the Greyhound Racing Rules and subject to disciplinary action.

Charge 2 – 148(1)(a) Participant did a thing which, in the opinion of the Controlling Body, constitutes an offence, by possessing a substance not registered by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) without the prior consent of the Stewards or Controlling Body. Charge 3 – 149(1) Participant did a thing which, in the opinion of the Controlling Body, constitutes an offence, by possession of an item that could be used to administer a prohibited substance on a racecourse without the prior consent of the Stewards or Controlling Body.
